The young people at An Munia Tober took part in a cross community programme that involved discussions, activities and guest speakers who brought unique perspectives allowing the young people to explore issues such as sectarianism, division and good relations.
The programme allowed the young people to advocate on behalf of the traveller community and voice issues they face within society. It also allowed the young people the opportunity to discuss how working with other communities they can create positive change together. The young people involved in this TBUC programme all had an amazing experience and feedback was positive. They have formed positive relationships with many young people from different backgrounds and areas in Northern Ireland and gained an insight in to different cultures and beliefs.
