Out-of-hours Service

Our Asylum Advice service is open Monday – Friday: 9am - 5pm (closed 1pm - 2pm).

In the event of newly-arrived asylum seekers arriving outside of the Asylum Advice service office opening hours, they should make themselves known to the police by presenting at a police station. The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) can help process an application for support with the Home Office and assist with the provision of Initial Accommodation.

It is important that new asylum seekers then come to Bryson Intercultural as soon as possible. We will assist with applying for NASS support, which is needed to ensure they move on from Initial Accommodation into more permanent accommodation and receive weekly financial assistance.
